Grace Presents: More-Than-Human

Listen Closely is partnering with Grace Presents, a monthly free concert series on the Capitol Square in Madison, WI. More-Than-Human, a new program curated by Artistic Director and cellist Zou Zou Robidoux, features chamber music inspired by the natural world.

The program, performed by violinists Vinicius Sant’ana and Maynie Bradley, violist Sahada Buckley, and cellists Zou Zou Robidoux, will feature works by Caroline Shaw, Heinrich Biber, Max Richter, Ignatius Sancho, and Bianca d’Avila do Prado, with selections from the Danish Quartet’s Woodworks, and original arrangements by Robidoux and Waldo. Robidoux, the creative lead for this project, is the founder and artistic director for ChamberFest.

ChamberFest 2024: More-Than-Human

Listen Closely is partnering with the Spring Green General Store to present the third annual ChamberFest, a classical chamber music festival in the heart of the River Valley. More-Than-Human, a new program curated by Artistic Director and cellist Zou Zou Robidoux, features chamber music inspired by the natural world. This 1.5-hour long concert is preceded by a Children’s Concert featuring Alys Dickerson of American Players Theatre.
